Today, I was filled with a knowing that each of us was nothing but love. That’s it. At our core, we are made from love and only can contain love. All of this other gunk that so often piles up on top of us isn’t our true essence. It’s not our soul. It’s not really who we are.

We are pure love. No matter what thoughts run through our mind or what actions we take that we aren’t always proud of, this I know is true: when we drop into our deepest place – when we see ourselves on a soul level, we will only see love.

But sometimes this is hard to remember. Sometimes we forget just how amazing and filled with light we truly are. And so I wanted to give each of us a gift to help us remember our heart center.

I created this printable piece of art for you. Please print it out and put it up where you will see it frequently – it will help you remember how wonderful you already are and always have been. You can use it as your desktop photo on your computer. You can send it to a friend to let them know they they are pure love, too.
